Bishop Danny D. WallsBishop Danny D. Walls, 80, of Warsaw, passed away July 1, 2022.
He was born Oct. 10, 1941, to Cecil and Mary Walls. A longtime member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Pierceton, he pastored the Church of Jesus Christ in Ingalls for 29 years. He had the honor of presiding over multiple marriages, dedications and baptisms according to Acts 2:38 KJV and loved watching as his congregation flourished in the Lord.
He enjoyed family gatherings, telling jokes, playing guitar, and singing. He was a real “Mr. Fix-it” and liked working around the house.
He is survived by his son, Richard D. Walls (Cindy); and daughter, Sue E. Walls; and stepdaughter, Sheryl A. Ball; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren; three brothers: Larry E. Walls (Dulcena), Budd G. Walls (Mary Kay), Robert L. Walls Sr. (Deb); and one sister, H. Elaine Walls Miller (Robert). He was proceeded in death by his wife of 48 years, Marlene K. Walls, both parents, and a stepson, Ronnie L. Ball, as well as two brothers: Ronald D. Walls and L. Duane Walls.
