NORTH MANCHESTER – Billy G. Shumaker, 84, North Manchester, died at 9:57 a.m. Jan. 6, 2016, in Parkview Wabash Hospital. He was born Sept. 12, 1931, in Laketon, to John W. and Lola Warner Shumaker. On Sept. 11, 1955, he married Jacqueline L. “Jackie” Collins, who died March 25, 2013. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Services will be at noon Monday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor Kent Harting officiating. Burial will be in Laketon Cemetery.
