ROCHESTER – Billy Dean Tyler, 81, of 2113 Wolf’s Point Drive, Rochester, died at 9:15 p.m. Nov. 29, 2011, in his residence.
He was born July 20, 1930, in Fulton County, to Francis M. and Naomi R. Pickens Tyler. On July 15, 1950, he married Donna M. Perdue, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons: Denny (and spouse Deb) Tyler and Mark (and spouse Debbie) Tyler, all of Rochester; Michael (and spouse Karen) Tyler, Akron; and Doug (and spouse Melody) Tyler, Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Elnora (and spouse Jack) Sayger, Clymenia (and spouse Willis) Halterman and Judy (and spouse Charles) Kuhn, all of Rochester; and two brothers, Paul (and spouse Sandy) Tyler and Jimmie Tyler (and companion Betty), all of Rochester. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, two sisters and two brothers.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
