NORTH MANCHESTER – Billie Rose Wireman, 61, of North Manchester, died at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 21, 2012, in Wabash County Hospital. She was born Nov. 10, 1951, in Logan, W.Va., to Roosevelt and Grace M. Spears Spriggs. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1969. She retired from Singer Controls, North Manchester, in 2005, after 35 years of service. She was a member of Freewill Baptist Church, Sara Ann, W.Va. Surviving are a son, Shane Wireman, Fort Wayne; two stepdaughters, Patty Piper and Lisa Lothridge, both of North Manchester; her companion, Roger Moyer, North Manchester; three brothers: Henry (and spouse Deloris) Spriggs, Peru; Franklin (and spouse Mary) Spriggs, Cicero, Ill.; and John (and spouse Carol) Spriggs, North Manchester; a sister, Jeanette (and spouse Willie) Shepherd, Pierceton; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating.
