NORTH MANCHESTER – Bill Robison, 86, North Manchester, died at 1:46 a.m. Sept. 21, 2013, at his residence. He was born Jan. 7, 1927, in Fulton County, to Arthur F. “Doc” and Valura McIntyre Robison. On Sept. 25, 1950, he married Betty G. Hileman, who survives. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating.
