Big MapLife Scout Nick Meadows, Troop 761, Pierceton, wanted to bring back something he remembered from his grade school experience. Now a senior at Whitko, he remembers the U.S. map that used to be on the Pierceton Elementary School grounds. When the new facility was built the map was lost during construction. Meadows got permission to paint a new map on the playground basketball court. Every Scout who achieves the rank of Eagle must complete a project that shows leadership and has an impact on the community.
