The Bibler Family Charitable Trust trustees announce the awarding of $20,642 in grants for 2004.
The recipients are: Pierceton Senior Citizen Center, $1,000; First Presbyterian Presby Preschool and Church, $6,500; Boy Scouts Troop 715, $2,000; Intercomm Inc., $2,000; Special Olympics, $2,000; Cardinal Center, $2,042; and Our Father's House, $5,000.
The gift to Our Father's House will be used to purchase food for use in serving meals.
Since the opening of the Soup Kitchen at Our Father's House, more than 70 meals have been served daily to area residents.
The Bibler Trust was established in 1994 and is managed by the Personal Asset Management Group of 1st Source Bank.
Since its inception, the trust has granted $250,000 to charitable organizations in Kosciusko County.
