William B. (Bill) Bibler died Sunday in Winona Lake.
Bibler, 86, was a real estate devloper who built dozens of buildings around Kosciusko County, including the Lakeview shopping center and Marketplace of Warsaw.
The Bibler Family Charitable Trust was established in 1994, Since its inceptiion, more than $710,000 has been granted to charitable organizations in Kosciusko County.

“For many years, Bill Bibler invested in our community and took the risks associated with developing the commercial real estate sites that we now enjoy,” Elliott said this morning.
“Bill loved our community and working with his family established the Bibler Family Charitable Trust that will continue to assist our community. I have known him since 1968 and I will miss his friendship and daily telephone and e-mail messages,” Elliott added.
