Will Bibler, son of Bill and Benita Bibler, recently completed his Boy Scout Eagle Project. During this past season of heavy rains, an old bridge connecting a Greenway Trail in the woods on the south side of Winona Lake apparently got sweep away and needed replaced. After getting his plans approved, Will contacted members of Boy Scout Troop 715 and formed a team to construct the new bridge. The group met at David King's Pontoon Restoration facility and built the bridge in two sections. When finished they were transported to the site and spliced together to form a single span across the creek.
