Betty Roseanna McClements, Winona Lake, passed away at 11:07 a.m. May 25, 2017, at Seasons HomeCare, Warsaw, at the age of 92.
She was born Nov. 26, 1924, in Eau Claire, Wis., to Phebie Marie Wingett and Willis Claire Connor. On June 9, 1947, she was married to John Albert McClements, who passed away Aug. 27, 2013.
Betty has been a resident of Kosciusko County for the past 58 years. She was a member of Winona Lake Free Methodist Church in Winona Lake and the Winona Literary Club.
She was a faithful wife, mom and grandma.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Joy (husband David) Dilling, Warsaw; and three grandchildren: Holly (husband Kevin) Cobb, Williamston, Mich.; Bethany Mitterling, Warsaw; and Brooke (husband Brian) Leighty, Dighton, Kan. Also surviving are six great-grandchildren: Abby, Drew, Anna, Ellie, Grace and Sarah.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers; one sister; and her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and David Mitterling.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, at Winona Lake Free Methodist Church, 902 College Ave., Winona Lake, and officiated by Pastor Henry Church and Pastor Paul Parker.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
