Lewis and Elaine Bertsch, Warsaw, will mark their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 20. Lewis Bertsch and Elaine McAllister were married Oct. 20, 1957, in Watertown, S.D.
He is retired from Dahms and Yarian Accounting Firm and is an active member of the Warsaw Lion's CLub. She is a homemaker and is active in various clubs and organizations. Both are members of Warsaw Church of Christ.
The couple have two children, Mrs. Nick (Debbie) DiToro, Valparaiso, and Kent (and wife Janet) Bertsch, Granger. They have five grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate with an informal get-together at the Chapman Lakes Conservation Clubhouse Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.
