Bertha Mae Frame

PIERCETON – Bertha Mae Frame, Pierceton and formerly of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away at 3:24 p.m. April 27, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Dec. 17, 1950, in Zanesville to Samuel Layton and Gertrude Griffin. On Dec. 31, 1980, she married John Eugene Frame, who survives.
She was a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and two dogs.
Also surviving are two daughters, Dyanna (and spouse David) Collier, Timberville, Va., and Serritha (and spouse Donald) Peterson, Roann; a stepdaughter, Amy (and spouse Jess) Wickham, Zanesville; four sons: David Jackson, Athens, Ala.; George (and spouse Amber) Jackson, Burket; Tim (and spouse Sarah) Frame Warsaw; Johnny Frame, Pierceton; two stepsons, Gary (and spouse Michelle) Moody, Atwood and Brian Moody, Zanesville; special friends Jerry and Fran Grundy, South Zanesville; 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and three great-stepgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Russell “Rusty” Jackson Jr; her parents; two brothers; and two sisters.
A private memorial service will be held for the family and close friends at Morningstar Foursquare Church at 2 p.m. Saturday.
