Bentlee Alexander Scott, 2, died at 4:41 p.m. Feb. 28, 2015, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born April 20, 2012, in Fort Wayne, to Jordan Scott and Kristin Carol Kittrell, both of Warsaw. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. March 9 at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
