There will be a benefit for Roberta L. Snoke, known to her friends as Birdie starting at noon, Oct. 29, at the corner of Armstrong and Third streets in Oswego. There will be a hay ride from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., as well as games and drawings. Donation items are needed for raffles and the auction. The fundraiser for Birdie is to help with expenses relating to a motorcycle collision she was involved in on Sept. 13 in which she suffered severe leg injuries. For more information call Teresa at 574-3765360 or Terry at 574-453-4361.
