Bonnie Bradley started working at Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw in October 2005.
Her mission and desire each day was to bring a smile to the face of the seniors in Kosciusko and surrounding counties with song and dance and a shoulder to lean on.
She goes to senior centers and nutrition sites at least three days a week, sharing their lives and making memories.
Bradley was diagnosed with nerve cancer in September 2010. She underwent surgery and radiation.
Her last PET scan in April 2012 was clear of cancer.
June 23 she went to the hospital with a violently bad headache, and was found to have three brain tumors. Pathology came back as nerve cancer again.
Bradley is now undergoing daily radiation treatments on her brain, and will be unable to return to work.
For all of those whose lives Bradley has touched, there will be a fundraiser July 21 at the Senior Activity Center, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, from 4 to 7 p.m.
There will be donations taken at the door, all going to help Bradley with expenses.
The meal will be provided by Miller’s Merry Manor and entertainment by Hot Dam Karaoke.
RSVP to 574-267-8196 with the number of people coming for food purposes.
