Editor, Times-Union:
Friends and neighbors, come help those who have helped so many others.
You are invited to attend a benefit chicken-noodle dinner for Pastor Jerry and JoAnne Thomas, pastor of Atwood Otterbein United Methodist Church.
Join us Aug. 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Atwood Otterbein Church fellowship hall.
Donation proceeds from the meal will go toward medical bills for JoAnne's recent cancer surgery.
During stressful times it is comforting to know we live in a caring, supportive community such as ours.
Hope to see you there.
