Carsyn Howard had a hat trick, including a goal with less than a minute to play, as Manchester closed out its regular season with a 3-2 home win over South Adams.
Howard’s first goal came in the first half on an assist by Allison Smith, and the second came after halftime on an assist by Elizabeth Anguilm. In both cases South Adams got the equalizer.
The visitors were called for a foul with the clock winding down, and Anguilm put the free kick on the far post where Howard put the ball in the gaol for the game winner.
Kiera Stacy had a half-dozen saves for the Lady Squires.
Manchester begins sectional play Tuesday when they take on North Miami at the Oak Hill Sectional in Converse.
