NORTH MANCHESTER - Beatrice "Bee" L. Reiber, 90, of North Manchester, and formerly of LaFontaine, died at 2:50 a.m. June 7, 2009, in her residence.
She was born March 9, 1919, in Cadillac, Mich., to Percy King and Florence Mary Cozens Perkins. On May 29, 1965, she married James V. Reiber, who died Dec. 26, 1988.
She worked in the accounting department of First National Bank, Warsaw, Albion Production Credit and the U.S. Government, Washington, DC. She was a 1937 Warsaw High School graduate.
Also surviving are a brother, Wesley W. Perkins, Andrews; and two sisters, Roberta (and spouse Everett) Sowers, Leesburg, and Esther (and spouse Blaine) Sowers, Leo.
A memorial service will be at a family reunion planned for August. Private burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
No calling is planned.
