Barbara Jo BahneyAKRON – Barbara Jo Bahney, 84, rural Macy, died Monday, July 4, 2022.
Barb was born Nov. 15, 1937, in Peru, Ind., to Floyd and Lavina Hahn Mygrant. She was married Feb. 18, 1956, in Peru, Ind., to John L. Bahney; he survives.
Survivors include a son, Tim, and wife Jane Bahney, of Akron.
The funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 8 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, with Rev. Wayne Balmer.
The interment will take place following the service in the Gilead Cemetery, Gilead. Visitation hours will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 7 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron.
