Barbara J. Frantz, 53, of 1103 Santorini Drive, Warsaw, died at 12:38 p.m. Aug. 2, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born May 23, 1956, in Birmingham, Ala., to Lester and Naretta Lee, who survive in Dayton, Ohio. On April 23, 1980, in Dayton, she married Arnold R. Frantz, who survives.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, she was a cell support operator at Zimmer Inc. for 21 years and was a member of Moose Lodge, Warsaw. She loved spending time with her husband and children, riding motorcycles, cooking and bowling.
Also surviving are two sons, Kyle and Arnell Frantz, both of Warsaw; a daughter, Latoirie Frantz, Warsaw; and many brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ophelia Yow.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Pastor Jeff Pfeifer officiating. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
