SYRACUSE - Barbara Ann Jensen, 49, of Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, died at 1:40 p.m. June 13, 2009, in her residence.
She was born July 22, 1959, in Grand Island, Neb., to Harry D. and Margaret Smith Jensen.
She formerly lived in Butler, Fort Wayne and Cromwell before moving to Syracuse six years ago. She attended East Side High School, Butler, and received her dental assistant degree from Bryan Institute, Bridgeton, Mo. She formerly worked in a dentist office in Fort Wayne as a dental assistant and was a member of Wawasee Lakeside Chapel, Syracuse.
Surviving are two sisters, Hazel White, Syracuse, and Marilyn (and spouse Jeff ) Green, New Paris; and a brother, Robert "Bob" (and spouse Jeanne) Jensen, Butler. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Butler Cemetery, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating.
