ROCHESTER – Barak Chandler, 34, Macy, passed away at 12:34 a.m. Nov. 19, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. He was born June 11, 1979, in Rochester to Larry Fear and Sherry Taylor Fear Chandler. On June 4, 2005, in Jacksonville, Fla., he married Jenifer Blair, who survives. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery.
