WABASH - A local businessman was arrested Thursday by Wabash County police for operating video gambling machines.
Roger Clemens, 47, Claypool, has been charged with professional gambling and promoting professional gambling. Each charge carries a maximum three-year prison sentence.
Police seized three video gambling machines from the Time Out Inn, North Manchester, and $324 from the machines.
Police anticipate more arrests and seizures in the next few months.
