Above, the band The Smartest Monkeys performs Thursday evening at Center Lake Pavilion as one of 15 bands that donated their time and talent in a tribute to Tiffany Landrum and Taylor Bilderback, who were killed June 29 in a car accident on Ind. 15. According to a member of the Bilderback family, approximately 200 to 300 people were present at the event at any one time. The benefit, which was organized by friends of Tiffany and Taylor, including B.J. Woodward of the band A Thousand Seasons, and Robert Lugo, lasted from 4 p.m. until after 11 p.m. and raised funds for the Landrum and Bilderback families. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
