Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
The Builders Association of Elkhart County, for the 59th year in a row, will showcase the area's builders, and the members of the BAEC who contribute to their construction.
The annual 2026 Parade of Homes will take place June 20 and 21 from 1-8 p.m., June 25 and 26 from 4-8 p.m. and June 27 and 28 from 1-8 p.m.
This year's parade features eight new construction homes, one hard hat, or under-construction home (open the first weekend only), and for the second year, a tiny home, constructed by trades students from Concord High School.
The premier sponsor this year is Mid-City Supply and the gold sponsors are Big C Lumber, Hoosier House Furnishings and Kendall Lighting Center. Miller Brothers Builders was named this year's BAEC legacy builder.
Tickets are $10 at the door or $8 if purchased online at baec.com, at any area Martin's Supermarket or at the Builders Association of Elkhart County offices, 25428 County Road 20, Elkhart.
Parade books are free and available online at baec.com, at each home during the parade home, Martin's Supermarkets and the BAEC office.
