Editor, Times-Union: Drivers License. Where do people get them? Out of cracker jack boxes. Foggy, rainy days and dusk and dawn, don’t they know how to use their lights. You can’t be seen. Turn signals, don’t know how to use them. Either none or turn on two feet before they make their turn. If hit or in a wreck they aren’t to blame or don’t know why it happened. Come on people wake up.
