Mayor Joe Thallemer announced Tuesday evening that Paul Grossnickle, member of the Board of Aviation Commissioners, is resigning after more than 20 years of service. The board will now seek another member to replace him. The board moved to elect all other officers as present and member Gene Zale was sworn in as the board’s secretary.
