AKRON – Ava Louise Green fell asleep and woke up in the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at her home.
Ava was born to her loving parents Jeromy and Sarah Green on April 6, 2021, at Kosciusko Community Hospital of Warsaw. She will be greatly missed by her big brothers Logan and Easton. Ava had a smile that would melt your heart and had a wonderful personality.
She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Ron and Patty Hackworth, of Akron; paternal grandparents, Schenna and Barry Green, of Rochester; paternal great-grandparents, Sandy and Jim Gunnels; and aunts: April and husband Shaun Taylor, Nichole and Justin Tunis and Kaitlyn and Aaron Gambill; and numerous cousins.
The funeral service for Ava will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23 at Hartzler Funeral Home, 305 W. Rochester St., Akron, with Pastor Terry Bradford officiating.
Private interment will take place in the Akron Cemetery, Akron.
Visitation hours will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 22 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron.
