Atwood Man Arrested On Texas WarrantAn Atwood man was arrested Thursday morning on a warrant out of Texas for an initial charge of indecency with a child/sexual contact.
At 9:30 a.m. Thursday, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Gray County (Texas) Sheriff’s Office regarding an arrest warrant for Mark Fuller, 61, of 116 E. South St., Atwood, according to a news release from the KCSO.
Fuller was arrested in Kosciusko County on?Jan. 7 for failing to register as a sex or violent offender.
Deputies with the KCSO Sex Offender Registry Administration contacted Fuller and requested a meeting with him. He arrived at the KCSO at 11:30 a.m. and was taken into custody by Chief Deputy Shane Bucher.
Fuller is in the Kosciusko County Jail waiting for extradition, according to the release.
