Hearing scheduled in CAUSE NO. 43C01-1902-MI-000029 for August 1, 2019, at 1:15 p.m. in KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT, 121 N LAKE STREET, 2ND FLOOR, WARSAW IN 46580, on the Petition to Change the Average Legal Lake Level at Silver Lake located in Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County. DNR wishes to construct a new outlet structure at Silver Lake. The establishment of a new legal lake level and control structure are practicable and of public need. The average normal level of said lake should be reestablished at 861.0 feet NGVD’29 (National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929).
