The following three things has gotten my attention.
1 - Culture: Never have I heard of so much evil happening in the world today. Mother's killing their own children. Men raping women. UnAmerican Civil Liberty Union doing as much damage it can to counter what our forefathers stood for. Children shooting guns in school. Children protesting in large groups at college. Colleges teaching what they should not. Men kidnapping boys. Priests doing what they should not do. Children born when no one knows who the father is. More one parents families than married. Children then raised without father. People living on drugs. TV spends days showing a girl as she glorifies the body of which she loans. TV neglects to even mention the birthday of a honorable former President (Abe Lincoln). It appears, it appears to me that our Creator felt enough is enough, so He called the girl for her eternal home.
2 - Appearance: It is common these days to wear clothes that should be put in a fire. Young men wearing trousers sometime that appears they are about to fall down. Children insists wearing long trousers with the knees out. TV leaders not combing their hair. Some look like they have just been in a fight.
3 - Atmosphere: Earthquakes, floods, tornadoes doing much damage. Large fires lasting many days and doing much damage. Many people suffering in our very own country.
Why all this? Do you think because of the bad choices people are making is why we are having such? Is there a relationship between them? Interestingly Acts 2:19 in the Bible reads, "I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath."
