NORTH MANCHESTER — Arthur Lee Blocher, 78, North Manchester, died at 1:14 a.m. Oct. 29, 2017, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 5, 1939, in Kosciusko County, to Walter and Tressie Yoder Blocher. He married Anita Graybill on June 27, 1958. She survives.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester. Pastor David Cox will officiate, and burial will be in Eel River Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, Silver Lake.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, at the mortuary.
