A Warsaw man, Ephraim Wo Lloyd, 21, of 1821 Nye St., Warsaw, was arrested Tuesday on charges of sexual battery.
Lloyd was arrested after three women reported being fondled by him in their sleep. Because all three victims are over age 18, preliminary charges of sexual battery, a Class D felony, have been filed against him.
If convicted, he could be sentenced to six months to three years in prison.
Police plan to pursue charges on the most recent incident, though the women reportedly allege similar incidents in the past.
