Arnold Eugene Bell, 78, Rochester, passed away at 8:59 a.m. April 21, 2017, at the Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. He was born May 7, 1938, in Rochester, to John Arnold and Emlene Bernadean Zartman Bell. He was a United States Navy veteran. He was a truck driver most of his life. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Plainview Cemetery, Macy, with Pastor Gary Loy of Burket United Methodist Church officiating.
