Warsaw police have arrested two suspects in connection with an alleged armed robbery Tuesday night. Two more suspects remain at large.
Arrested were Mark Daniel Conouer Jr., 19, Fort Meyers, Fla., and Jonathan Noah Dilley, 2706 Old Road 30W, Warsaw. Both are being held in Kosciusko County Jail on charges of robbery.
According to officials, four men entered Room 120 at the Dollar Inn, 2575 E. Center St., around 11:45 p.m. They allegedly told the victim that they were going to take his money and belongings and, if he objected, he would be hurt. The name of the victim was not available.
Threatening him with a knife, the suspects reportedly took $65 cash and a video game system and games valued at $495. The men also took the victim's telephone and warned him not to leave the room or call police.
However, he did contact authorities after the men left the hotel. Police took the victim's statement, then checked the room where the suspects reportedly were seen earlier Tuesday night. The men were not there at the time.
The two suspects who were apprehended were found in Room 112 of the Dollar Inn when police returned - in response to a call - later that evening.
Descriptions of the two suspects who remain at large were not available at press time.
