SIDNEY – Arlis Mullins, 92, South Whitley, passed away at 4:30 p.m. July 14, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. He was born May 19, 1923, in Breathitt County, Ky., to Kenneth and Gracie Harper Mullins. On Feb. 7, 1946, in Winona Lake, he married Roxann Bays, who preceded him in death Oct. 21, 2003. He has been in Warsaw since 1945. He was a World War II veteran. He was a machinist for Zimmer Inc. for 20 years. Surviving are his daughter, Janet Mullins, South Whitley; three grandchildren, Aaron (and companion Jill) Mullins, Elkhart, Eboka “Bo” (and spouse Catherine) Mullins, Lutherville, Md. and Justin Mullins, Fort Wayne; and four great-grandchildren: Chase, Gavin, Landon Stewart and Bryce Mullins. He was preceded in death by a son, John, in 2010; a daughter, Phyllis, in 1989; and a granddaughter, Shanna, in 2012. Burial services will be private in Spring Creek Cemetery, Sidney.
