BOURBON – Arletta G. Wunder, age 92, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021, in her home.
Arletta was born the daughter of Herman and Hazel Cox on July 4, 1928, in Chicago. She had been a resident of the area for the past 35 years. She was married to Melton B. Wunder. Arletta was a cosmetologist for Carson Perry Scott in Chicago and also held a real estate license. During her free time, she enjoyed tending plants, reading (especially Danielle Steele books) and was involved with several clubs and organizations in Warsaw. She attended Redeemer Lutheran Church in Warsaw.
Those who will dearly miss Arletta are her son, Steven (Linda) Wunder, of Pierceton, along with five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Melton; son, David Wunder; and sister, Paula Fitzgerald.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation services are being provided.
The family wishes to thank their friends and community for their support during these difficult times.
