And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Commencing at a PK nail at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 30 being with in the right-of-way of County Road 200 West; thence South 01º06'12" east, (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system), along the west line of said southwest quarter and within said right-of-way, 188.00 feet to a mag nail being the point of beginning; thence north 89º12'58" east, parallel with the north line of said southwest quarter, 375.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence south 89º12'58" west, parallel with said north line, 375.00 feet to a mag nail on said west line and within said right-of-way; thence north 01º06'12" west, 264.42 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.28 acres more or less.
