Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Roger Rapsavage Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Residential District to a Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on the South side of Armstrong Rd. and 600’ North-West of East 1st St., Key Number 029-053-038 in Plain Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land located in the northeast quarter of section 14, township 33 north, range 6 east, 2nd p.m., Plain Township Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
