This notice is to announce that the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an Executive Session meeting, as permitted under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)2(B), on February 13, 2024 immediately following the regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals in the Justice Building Multi-purpose meeting room to discuss pending and active litigation.
