Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Mike Long, requesting the vacation of the following areas within the Platted Subdivision of:
South Etna Estates PB 8, PG 27 As recorded in the Kosciusko County Recorder's Office.
Lots 1 thru 8 in the plat of South Etna Estates as recorded in Plat Book 8,Page 27 in the Kosciusko County
Recorder's Office.
Said real estate is located at: Lots I thru 8 in South Etna Estates on the south side of 250 N and 300' West of SR 19 in Etna Township
This hearing will be held in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W On March 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580).
