All Hearings Will Be Heard No Earlier Than the Designated Time Unless Modified Prior To The First Hearing. The Public Hearing Will Begin At 8:30 A.M. (Local Time) And the Following Hearings Have Been Scheduled to Be Heard at The Designated Times.
