And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the southwest quarter of section 16, township 31 north, range 6 east in Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows:
Commencing at a PK nail at the southwest corner of said section 16 and within the right-of-way of County Road 700 South; thence north 88º53'22" East, along the south line of the southwest quarter of said section 16 and within said right-of-way, 462.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 00º19'17" West, parallel with the west line of said southwest quarter, 897 feet more or less to the centerline of the Cauffman Ditch (recorded Trimble Creek); thence south 72º16'57" east, along said centerline, 333.4 feet more or less (recorded 331 feet more or less); thence south 00º12'50" East, 790 feet more or less to the south lie of said southwest quarter and within the right-of-way of said County Road 700 South; thence South 88º53'22" West, along said south line and within said right-of-way, 318.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 6.17 acres more or less.
