Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Richard White Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Residential to Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on the South side of Himes St. and East of Linda Ln., Key Number 024-057-053 in Tippecanoe Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in Section Fifteen (15), Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range Seven (7) East situated on the south side of Himes Street immediately south of North Webster, Indiana, and being specifically described as follows: Beginning forty (40) feet south of the southwest corner of lot number twenty-eight (28) in Strombeck's Second Addition to North Webster, Indiana, and running thence south three hundred (300) feet to an iron stake; thence west one hundred fourteen and one-half (114 1/2) feet to an iron stake; thence north three (3) degrees west three hundred (300) feet to an iron stake; thence east one hundred twenty-nine and one-half (129 1/2) feet to the place of beginning, containing eighty-four hundredths (.84) of an acres, more or less.
