NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on a Petition filed by Timothy Graber requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify from a Public Use District to a Residential District, the Following Real Estate, located at Key Number: 020-032-264 and on the North side of Fourth St. and West of Min St. in Van Buren Township, and described as follows, to wit: TRACT I: Commencing 4 rods North of the Northwest corner of Lot Number 1 in Block Number 3 in the Original Plat of the Village of Milford, now the incorporated Town of Milford Junction and running thence North 38.5 feet; thence West 94.5 feet; thence South 38.5 feet to the North line of Fourth Street in said Town; thence East 94.5 feet to the Place of Beginning. TRACT II: Beginning on the West of right-of-way line of Main Street in the Town of Milford Junction, at a point situated 154.5 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot Number 1 in Block Number 3 in the Original Plat of the Village of Milford, now the Town of Milford Junction; thence North, on and along said West right-of-way line, a distance of 4.0 feet to an iron pin set; thence Westerly, by an interior angle of 89 degrees 48 minutes, a distance of 94.0 feet to an iron pin set; thence South, by an interior angle of 90 degrees 12 minutes, parallel to said West right-of-way line, a distance of 4.0 feet to an iron pin set; thence Easterly, by an interior angle of 89 degrees 48 minutes, a distance of 94.0 feet to the true Point of Beginning. This Change is Requested to Permit the Above Described Real Estate to be used for the purpose of Residential Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. This Hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw, IN, on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 1:00 P.M.
