Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Kurt Carlson Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Public Use District to an Agriculture District, The Following Real Estate, located on the North side of 550 S & 200’ East of SR 15 Key Numbers 001-030-004 & 001-031-002 in Clay Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Tract I: Commencing 42.5 feet west of the center of section 8, Township 31 North, Range 6 East, and running thence North 0 degrees 38 minutes East 98.45 feet, thence North 89 degrees 22 minutes west 72 feet, thence South 0 degrees 38 minutes west 99.25 feet, and thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes East 72 feet to the place of beginning.
Tract II: Commencing at center of Section 8, Township 31 North, Range 6 East, and thence running South 45.83 feet to a fence corner post, thence west 132 feet to a fence corner post, thence North 45.83 feet, and thence East 132 feet to the point of beginning.
