Upcoming CCAC Activities
The City-County Athletic Complex in Warsaw will offer several fall/winter indoor activities this year.
Activities offered include a men’s basketball league, a co-ed volleyball league and an adult co-ed soccer league. There will also be several other tournaments, including kickball, dodgeball and cornhole.

Carpenter Earns MAC Honor
MUNCIE — Triton High School graduate T,J, Carpenter, a senior member of the Ball State men’s golf team, has been selected the Mid-American Conference Golfer of the Week for his performance at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational.

Carpenter tied for first in the event at the Eisenhower Golf Course in Colorado Springs, Colo. He tallied a 71-67-71=209 to earn co-medalist honors in the 100-golfer field.

Carpenter helped Ball State to a fifth place finish at the event. This marked the second straight week the Cardinals have had a co-medalist at a tournament. Tyler Merkel won the weekly award after earning co-medalist honors at the Northern Intercollegiate in Ball State’s season opening tournament.

Presell Of Wawasee Tix
Wawasee will be pre-selling tickets for Friday’s homecoming football game against Plymouth.
Tickets are $6 for kindergarten through adult. This is the homecoming game for Wawasee and kickoff is 7:30pm.

Tickets will be available in the athletic office from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 7:30am until noon Friday.

Triton Powder Puff Game
BOURBON — Triton High School’s third annual powder puff game has been scheduled for Tuesday at 6 p.m. 

The freshmen and senior girls will take on the sophomore and junior girls. 

The admission to the game is $1.00 and all proceeds will go toward the “Back Our Trojans” campaign to raise funds for the new concessions and restrooms building coming to the football stadium in 2012.
