COLUMBIA CITY - Archie F. Ferguson DDS, 84, of Larwill, died April 18, 2010, in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.
He was born Jan. 21, 1926, in Marion, to Archie Sr. and Gulia Richards Ferguson. On Aug. 27, 1948, in LaFontaine, he married Betty L. Cain, who survives.
A 1944 graduate of LaFontaine High School, he served in World War II in the U.S. Navy. After his military service, he attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1955. He practiced dentistry in Warsaw from 1956 until his retirement in 1991.
At his request, there will be no services.
DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, is in charge of arrangements.
