NAPPANEE - Antha Viola Thomas, 101, formerly of Nappanee, died at 11:30 p.m. April 10, 2007, in Miller's Merry Manor, Wakarusa, where she resided.
She was born June 23, 1906, in Neenah, Wisc., to Olaf and Carrie Fritzen Myhre. In 1930, in Wisconsin, she married William A. Thomas, who died Sept. 23, 1989.
Moving to Nappanee from Peru in 1960, she was a 1924 Neenah High School graduate and a homemaker. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Neenah, and the Current Club, Nappanee.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Carol) Clausen, South Haven, Mich.; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a sister.
No services or calling are planned. There will be cremation.
