Kyle and Bev Carter, Etna Green, are celebrating 50 years of marriage.
Kyle Carter and the former Bev Cole were married Oct. 13, 1967, in Etna Green Church of Christ by the Rev. Gene Neyhart.
Kyle was a painter and Bev was an upholsterer. Additionally, the couple have enjoyed nearly four decades with The Wheel-men, their antique bicycling group.
Their children are Tim (Robin) Moore, Cincinnati, Ohio; Lisa (Jim) McConnell, Elkhart; Kylie Carter, South Bend; and Chris Carter, Etna Green.
They have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The couple invite friends and family to an anniversary celebration from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Etna Green Community Building in Heritage Park.
